About us
History
MARAND was built by entrepreneurs Sir Andrew Locke and Ma’am Marijun Madayag Locke. The name “MARAND ” is derived from their combined names. Their function halls are named after their children, Allysha and Brandon.

The resort is 3 kilometers north of Bauang Town Proper, located on the left side of the National Highway after the Shell gas station and opposite Phoenix Gas Station. It is 7 kilometers south of San Fernando Town Proper.
The Marand Beach Resort(Bauang Beach Branch) is 600 meters away from the Marand Family Resort (Bauang Highway Branch), near the PLDT office.
